The property is built above the flowing Payogan River; the villa reflects traditional elements of Balinese architecture incorporating all modern comforts. Facilities

• Nestled amongst eight acres of tropical plantations this two story’s villa consist of four sleeping quarters, spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, office area, library, a spa room and a large salt water swimming pool.
• The sleeping quarters contains of two air conditioned master bedrooms, the first master bedroom located on the ground floor and on the first floor, each master bedroom featuring a king sized bed, built in wardrobe, flat TV screen and en-suite bathroom.
• The other two bedrooms are located next to second master bedroom on the first floor, connected by a foyer through the living area, this two bedrooms also features a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom.
• The office and the library are located on the right wing offering a spacious space and various reading materials.
• The generous living area is facing the forest of tropical plants and the river; it features a set of sofa and a large coffee table, it lighted by an impressive chandelier. The stone steps leads down to the dining room and the adjacent kitchen the glass windows open on to the swimming pool allowing the cooling mountain breezes into the room while enjoying breakfast or lunch.
• All the modern equipment such as large TV screen, stereo sound system, DVD players as well as wireless high speed internet connection is provided to ensure the necessary international high level of comfort.
